Create a beautiful set of porcelain tiles using foliage and flowers, while learning the basics of working with paperclay.

Artist and Ceramic Sculpture tutor, Emily Joy, will teach you how to experiment with paperclay and discover what plant materials create the clearest impressions. You will discuss composition ideas and then move on to making your own individual tiles. You can choose the size of your tiles (from coasters to wall-plaque size) and then explore the foliage and flowers supplied. Once your designs are complete you can add colour to bring out the delicate, intricate details. Finally you can raw-glaze or leave the tiles matt porcelain.

This workshop is suitable for all abilities. All materials provided.
