Join Artist and Illustrator Hannah Dyson for this relaxed and fun workshop and create a unique collage drawing, using the natural forms of spring as inspiration. Capture a moment and memory of spring 2024 by making a simple composition of flowers/ bowers/ natural forms of your choosing and recreating them in collage.

You’ll start the day by finding out about the art and techniques of collage and have a chance to see Hannah’s beautiful work up close. Then you will be shown how to produce a range of patterned and textured papers using acrylic paint and a variety of techniques,  Hannah will also bring along a selection of different papers and textures for you to experiment with – if you have any interesting or special papers of your own you are most welcome to bring them. You will spend the rest of the day  immersed in paper and glue to create your own new masterpiece using your unique textures as a palette. We keep the groups nice and small so Hannah will be able to give you lots of one to one help, inspiration and advice.

All materials will be provided.  Please bring old clothes or an apron as it can get messy!
